Our Interpreters

Monica Kirchmer is our Founder, President, and Managing Director. She was born and raised in Chile, South America. She got her bachelor’s degree in Arts, Language and Education at the prestigious Universidad de Concepcion, Chile in 1999. Became an ESL teacher in her home country and has 6 plus years of experience in teaching English as a second language to Spanish speaking students. She is a former Fulbright Scholar, and was part of Fulbright exchange program for teachers from 2003-2004.
Monica got married and moved to the US from Chile, in 2007. She received her Interpreter certificate in 2008, and worked as an interpreter for a nonprofit organization for 4 years, until she decided to start her own business.
With her knowledge and background in Education, and her vast understanding of the Latin community around Chester County, Pennsylvania- Monica had the idea of creating such a company that would provide high quality interpreting and translation services.
Since January of 2012, Monica has put her passion and energetic personality into making of No Boundaries a company that is constantly growing and adjusting to the different needs of clients in the fields of: Health Care, Education, Early Intervention, and Modern Business. “I see this industry as a chance to actually bring different cultures, thoughts and ideas together. It is amazing to be able to see this happening, while interpreting for our clients”.

Anyumir Castro is a senior interpreter who has been with us since 2012. She is from Caracas, Venezuela and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Beaver College, Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Interpreter, and has been interpreting since 2009. Since the beginning of our company, Anyumir has played a key role in training and counseling the newer interpreters who’ve joined our team. “I feel proud of our company and how far we have come! I truly enjoy interpreting for health care providers, it is the area that excites me the most due to the different challenges and new things I learn everyday”.

Elide Marquez is one of our senior interpreters and has been with No Boundaries since 2012. She went to high school at the Mexican American School in Mexico City, and received the TOEFL certification upon graduation. She also studied an intensive language class at the University of London and is working to finish a degree with a double major in Organizational Dynamics and Human Resources with a minor in French. She is certified in Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpreting, and also in Medical Interpreting. She has been interpreting and translating documents for over 24 years. “Interpreting gives me such a feeling of personal fulfillment! It is a joy to see that my work allows for everything to make sense to both parties”.

Lilibeth Navarrete is an interpreter who has been with us since 2013. She is from Mexico and graduated with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. She has worked as a hotel receptionist, an English teacher assistant, and a nursing assistant. She is a Certified Interpreter and has a Medical Interpreting Certification, as well. “I love that there is no routine in the job and that I am able to work in different fields, scenarios, and with diverse groups of people. This allows me to help people understand each other and bring them together, somehow”.
